All prices in the catalogue and on this homepage are EURO-prices including sales tax.
The contract is valid after your order has been confirmed by BeWitched-Spiele - Andrea Meyer. Confirmations are given exclusively by E-Mail. If you do not give a valid email-address upon ordering, your order will not be confirmed. In this case, if your order is received, though, your order is valid nonetheless. If a game is not deliverable at the moment, you will receive a notice. Orders are dealt with asap. If this is not possible (e.g. due to holiday), this is announced on the ordering page of this website.
in Germany:
The customer pays for package and postage, unless a different individual agreement is made. Goods are delivered after email-confirmation.
Goods are delivered in the cheapest insured way available. This is through Hermes for 4.50 EUR, if the package size fits, or through dhl for 6.50 EUR for up to 31 kg. With the package you will receive an open invoice payable within 14 days after reception of the game.
At your risk I offer uninsured delivery, this is usually done by dhl-parcel (up to 2 kg) or Deutsche Post-letter (up to 1 kg). Sending starts after prepayment (You will receive a pro-forma invoice by email before). Allow at least one week for delivery.
Abroad:
Usually, deliveries abroad have to be prepaid and are then posted by uninsured delivery (at your risk) through dhl-parcel (up to 2 kg) or Deutsche Post-letter (up to 1 kg). Find the current postage at the Deutschen Post resp. at the dhl websites, add a small lumpsum for package.
In Germany:
You can pay by bank transfer or paypal or cash when collecting the goods. The customer is in charge of all occuring fees, esp. paypal fees.
Abroad:
You can pay by bank transfer or paypal or cash when collecting the goods. The customer is in charge of sales tax and all other charges, taxes and fees (incl. paypal and bank fees) occuring in relation to order and delivery.
Orders by minors have to be approved by parents or guardians.
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
The customer has a right of cancellation. Cancellation can be expressed within two weeks in written form, by email or by returning the goods. The deadline starts after receiving this information in written form. Turn the cancellation to Andrea Meyer, BeWitched-Spiele, Nostitzstr. 23, D-10961 Berlin. To meet the deadline posting the goods or emailing the cancellation in time is suffice. No reason for the cancellation needs to be given. Before returning goods please contact us by email. Most problems can be solved in a more efficient way than returning the goods.
In the case of cancellation the goods / money exchanged have to be returned. If you cannot return the goods or can only return them in a worse condition, you may be charged a fee to cover the damage. This is not valid if the degradation is due to your inspection of the goods as would have been common in a shop. Besides, you can avoid being charged if you do not treat the goods as your property and do not do anything that might degrade their value.
Goods have to be returned at our cost and danger. You have to cover the postage if the goods delivered are the goods you ordered and the price of the good(s) to be returned does not exceed 40,- Euro or you have not yet paid the goods (or part of them). In any other case returning the goods is at our expense. In this case be so kind to please contact us by email in order to avoid surplus charges by the Deutsche Post, thank you.
In case of cancellation we have to return payments with 30 days. The deadline for this starts with mailing your cancellation for you, with receiving it for us.
